Shipping
Packages are shipped Federal Express, FOB Morrilton, Arkansas. Freight charges will be included on your invoice grand total. (Please note that Fed Ex will not deliver to PO boxes.)

Return Policy
(1) Returns will be accepted only with prior notification.
(2) No returns will be accepted COD.
(3) The packing list must be included with returns.

Report shortages or damaged merchandise within five days of receipt.
